Behind the contractors who put Country back together.

WAMC Projects is the supply chain and project office behind contractors delivering mine site rehabilitation across Western Australia.

We don't own the gear. We source it, crew it, move it, and keep it accountable, so you can focus on delivering the work and winning the next package.

Our founders have worked with some of the biggest names in the sector, including Rio Tinto, Woodside, Fortescue, Far East Consortium and BHP.

How we work

Working behind you,
never in front of you.

Many of the contractors we support are Indigenous-owned businesses delivering rehabilitation on their own Country. Our role is to strengthen them, not to stand in their place. That principle is written into how we contract, invoice and conduct ourselves.

Services

Three divisions, one point of contact.

About

Field capability wins the contract.
Delivery keeps it.

WAMC Projects was built to close the gap between winning rehabilitation work and delivering it profitably.

Across Western Australia, mine closure and progressive rehabilitation obligations mean major miners let rehabilitation packages every year, and a growing, guaranteed share of that work goes to small and Indigenous-owned contractors. Winning the package is one thing. Sourcing the right fleet at fair rates, crewing remote sites, sequencing floats and permits, and holding costs against a fixed price is another.

That's the work we do, quietly, behind the head contractor. We bring an established network of plant owners, transport operators and mobilisation specialists, paired with genuine commercial discipline: rate benchmarking, verified-hours reconciliation, and cost reporting your commercial team can trust.

Our founders bring backgrounds in mining and civil cost management and control, and in tendering, proposals and bid strategy, built across projects with leading operators including Rio Tinto, Woodside, Fortescue, Far East Consortium and BHP. They are the two capabilities a growing contractor most often needs and least often holds in-house.
